I tried out a new recipe which is available in the 'I' magazine tdy. This recipe is quite different from the recipe i usually use. The cake turned out quite ok, but it is a bit on the dry side. It is a bit spongy unlike the usual ones that i make which is quite dense.

The recipe:
Fine sugar: 125 g
Butter: 130 g
Self rising flour: 125 g
Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
Eggs: 4
Chocolate (melted): 80 g
Chocolate chips: 50 g

PS. the original recipe only uses 30g of butter... lol... i can't whisk it into light cream lol.... so my mum say to add another 100g to it.... after adding another 100g then i can finally whisk it....
