Finally, the day arrived, where I went up the stage to collect my Diploma, the fruit of the 3 years of studies in Singapore Polytechnic....

I started preparing around 2.20pm because i was going to meet some of my coursemates at 3.30pm..... When i arrived at school, my dad around that time too... i din expect him to arrive so early.... so i brought him to FC 5 where all my friends were gathered......

Around 4.05pm, we head towards the convention centre to meet up with my aunt who is also attending the ceremony....

The ceremony started off with some short video clips and announcements for the graduants...... Following that is the academic procession where the principal of SP, guest of honour, school directors and head of departments arrive.... and the national anthem of Singapore....

Then the guest of honour that has a very very long title went up the stage to give a speech.... the speech was around 20 mins.... lol... almost fell asleep... luckily after that was the giving out of scrolls to the graduants...

around 400 plus graduants went up the stage to collect their scrolls.... after collecting the scrolls we had to make one big round to collect other things before we can proceed back to our seats.... the scroll giving ceremony lasted around 1 hr i guess... then it the session was adjourned..... when we left the convention centre, we started to take pictures..... lol.... i even forgotten to take some food to eat.... ~.~Around 8.20pm, we headed for Singapore Flyer......The pretty night scenes from the flyer...
