I met up with Rainbow at the Pasir Ris mrt around 3pm, then we went to NTUC FairPrice to buy some fruits and beverages. Noor joined us after he arrived. After that, we went to Four Leaf to collect Rainbow's 2kg birthday cake. It was big loh.... not to mention heavy... lol....

Then we went to the Costa Sand Downtown East Resort.... It was ok lah.... but it is a bit too small.... because all the previous chalets that i went were all bungalows or terrece beside the sea... and this one dun have a beach and i think the room is super small. It doesn't even have a kitchen loh.... we had to find space ourselves to cut the fruits.... We also prepared some vegetarian tau pok for our vegetarian friend.....
Around 6pm, we went to NTUC to get another wire mash and aluminium tray. When we were back, we proceed to carrying all the food stuff and beverages down. Soon after, Rainbow's friend arrived, and he helped to start the fire because none of us knew how to start a fire. While her friend was starting the fire, Rainbow and Noor went to get more charcoal and fire starter from NTUC......

Not long after that, we started our bbq aldy..... One by one classmates and friends arrive at the site..... there were quite a lot of ppl that came down...... and soon, Rainbow received a heap of birthday presents.... lol..... George also made an international call all the way from Korea.... so sweet of him.... =)

Around 10pm, I took down the birthday cake and sang birthday songs of 3 languages.... it was quite hilarious actually.... because the songs when out of tune.... then Rainbow had to pose to take pictures, and because it is dark, it took quite some time for them to take photos and there were a lot of flashes.... by the time we cut and distribute the cake, it was already very very soft.... so it made it tough to cut the cake......

After that, some of us went into the room to play mahjong and some went home as it was quite late already. However there were some that just arrived at that time.... lol..... Zhang Hao and Gerry were the latest because they were caught in a jam on PIE.....

Then went the lights at the bbq pits went off, we went up to the room and played cards and mahjong..... and nevertheless Hui Ying started to sing non stop. She kept singing and singing until around 5am.... lol... we can't slp because of that..... we managed to fall asleep after she stopped singing.....

We woke up around 8am and started to chat and pack up here and there... We left the room and check out around 10.10am.....
